I try to hold myself to some pretty high standards
Not everyting works out perfectly the first time - in fact, in my experience, it almost never does. Part of creating something nearer to perfection is the willingness to let go of the fault, and put the correction in place. Occasionally, that's painful. But, in the end, it's the right thing to do.
We start with great materials
We source premium, foodsafe hardwoods, and mill them to size. They're then cut to shape and glued together before they're sliced into the pieces used in the end-grain patterns.
